Q: How do I order prints?
A: You order prints by going to (My Account) and selecting (Order Prints). Select the product you like to
    purchase and follow each step.
Q: What are your prices?
A: You can view our current prices by clicking on the (pricing) button on the navigation bar.
Q: Can I print just one headshot without the set-up?
A:
Yes

Q: Does anyone order black and white prints anymore?
A: 99% of the headshots we print are color.
Q: What is the set up charge for?
A: The set up charge includes adding name and border plus preparing the image to print including color
    correction
Q: Can you change my horizontal shot to a vertical set-up?
A: It depends on the image. Call us at 323 954 1582 so that we can look at your image.

Q: Can I print my resume on the back of my headshots myself?
A: Yes, but make sure you use a laser printer and not an inkjet printer.
Q: Can I add my agent's logo to my headshots?
A: We have provided the option to upload a (logo) on the following products: 8x10, Campbell Cards,
    Business Cards, and Post Cards
Q: How do I know if I need retouching?
A: We will call you if we feel you would be happier with retouching and you have not requested it.

Q: Do I need to come in and approve my retouching?
A: No, we will email (retouching) results for approval for every photo that was retouched. Once
    (retouching) is approved, we will continue processing the order.
Q: What is minor retouching?
A: Minor retouching includes under eyes, blemishes, teeth and/or eye whitening.
Q: How do I get images for online casting?
A: We can email you a low res version for use on the internet.

Q: Can I crop my image?
A: Due to resolution, we can only crop about 1/3 of your image and still get a sharp print. Also, keep in
    mind that if we crop from the bottom, we also have to crop from the side to maintain the proportion.
Q: What info should I print on the back of my postcard?
A: It depends on you. Some people leave the back blank and handwrite a message. Some people print
    their contact info and some people print a message announcing an upcoming television role, play,
    event, etc.

Q: Can you ship my prints to me?
A: Yes all orders will be shipped by mail unless you specify (pickup) in the (special instructions) field.
    Shipping charges will be waived on pickup orders. .
Q: I don't like the skin tone in my photos. Can you fix that?
A: Yes, but it is a good idea to come in and approve a sample print just to make sure you are happy with
    the print.
Q: How do you secure my payments?
A: We employ state-of-the-art data encryption to ensure safe and secure transactions on our site.

Our payment area is secured using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). You will know when you enter this area because the small yellow padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The other indication is in the address bar. When you enter the secure area of the site, the background of the address bar will turn dark yellow. You’ll also notice that http:// is replaced by https:// (the "s" standing for "Secure").

Your internet browser provides visual indications that you are inside a secure site and that all data transferred is securely encrypted.

Q: What is SSL?
A: Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and secure. This system is used by literally millions of websites worldwide to secure internet transactions between the server and the customer.

In order to be able to generate an SSL link (signified by the gold padlock in the information tool bar), a web server requires an SSL Certificate.
